We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in the original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
B. RETURN PROCEDURE
To initiate a return, you can contact us at email@example.com or via the online form, stating your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior return request will not be accepted or refunded.
C. DAMAGED AND INCORRECT PRODUCTS OR PROBLEMS
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you might vary.
We will only exchange products that have been proven to be already damaged, the wrong product or defective. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will inform you whether or not the refund has been approved. If this is the case, the refund will be automatically sent to your original payment method. Refund processing may take up to 5-7 business days.
