SHIPPING & PAYMENT

Shipment

We send packages by post or courier.

Free delivery on orders over CHF 70.00. If the order value is less than CHF 70.00, the shipping costs are CHF 7.00. If the order value is less than CHF 10.00, the shipping costs are CHF 3.00.

Deliveries are possible within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Deliveries are made by Swiss Post from Monday to Friday as standard. Orders are processed within 48 hours (Monday to Friday). Miyagi AG is not liable for delivery delays caused by the manufacturer or the commissioned transport company. If there is obvious damage to the package, please refuse acceptance. If the goods were damaged during shipping, the customer needs to inform us about this within 3 days of accepting the package.

Prices

All prices are shown in CHF (Swiss francs) and include the statutory VAT. We reserve the right to change prices. In cases of obvious writing and billing errors, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract.

You can conveniently pay for your order using Twint, credit card, PayPal, Google Pay or ApplePay.
